How to order a service using the example of ordering hosting

You can order a service in the corresponding section of the module “Goods and Services” by clicking on the “Order” icon.

When ordering the service for the first time, you will need to confirm your phone number. Therefore, when checking, please indicate your correct contact number and an SMS message with a confirmation code will be sent to it. Enter this code in the appropriate field.

If you have any problems verifying your phone number, please contact us at technical support service, indicating which number the SMS message did not arrive to.

After completing the order for the service, you will be transferred to pay for it. At this stage you have the opportunity to choose a convenient payment method.

After ordering a hosting service or server, you will receive a letter with access parameters to your hosting account. You can also view the access parameters in your personal account by highlighting your service in the “Hosting” section and clicking the “Letter” button, as shown in the screenshot below:

You can always view the status of your services, their validity period and renewal cost in the appropriate fields on the main page, or in the corresponding section in the module “Products/Services”
