If you need to carry out work on the equipment located in the DC on your own without the participation of our specialists, then to carry out this operation you must perform the following steps:

1. You need to contact support and agree in advance (at least 24 hours) on the date and time of the visit, as well as the composition of the group visiting the DC. Among the visitors there must be at least one person with an access level that allows you to carry out work with your equipment within the DC in accordance with the current Agreement. You must contact from personal account or via email to info@thehost.ua.

2. At the agreed time, you or an authorized representative must arrive at the address of the DC where your equipment is located. You must take with you documents with photographs that will allow you to identify the visitor.

3. Our employees will accompany you to the location of the equipment, and, if necessary, help you safely remove it from the rack to perform work.

4. Before performing work, you or an authorized person can independently verify the integrity of the seal and, if necessary, break it to carry out the work.

5. Once the necessary work has been completed, the server will be sealed again and returned to its location. We will notify you about the visit and the successful completion of the work in the request initially created in our system.
