If You wish to place equipment in TheHost DC personally or through an authorized representative, You need to carefully follow certain steps to complete this procedure.

Equipment placement procedure

1. Register in personal account or log in to Your previously created account.

2. Send us an application from personal account or by email to support@thehost.ua regarding specifications (equipment dimensions, power supply unit capacity) and additional services.

3. Based on Your application, we agree on equipment placement conditions and prepare the Invoice and Contract with attachments.

4. You need to pay the generated invoice or replenish balance in Your personal account using any convenient method.

5. Sign the Contract with attachments in one of these ways:

• In electronic form: through the electronic document management.
• In paper form: personally by the owner during equipment placement in the DC. If the equipment is delivered by an authorized person, the owner must sign the documents electronically or provide pre-signed paper documents.

6. Notify us of the planned equipment placement date and time in advance, no later than one business day before.

7. On the day of equipment installation, You must have originals, certified document copies or Diia, based on which the equipment placement Contract was formed.

List of documents required for concluding the Contract

For individuals:

• Copy of passport and identification code.
• Full name and phone numbers of persons who should have access to the equipment.

For individual entrepreneurs (FOP):

• Copy of FOP registration certificate (business entity).
• Full name and phone numbers of persons who should have access to the equipment.

For legal entities:

• Extract from the Unified State Register.
• Full name and phone numbers of persons who should have access to the equipment.
