7.2 Independent placement of equipment
If you wish to perform the placement of equipment in the TheHost DC yourself or with the help of a trusted person, you need to carefully follow certain steps for this procedure.

Register in the personal cabinet or log in to your previously created account.

Send us the relevant application from the personal cabinet or by email to
info@thehost.ua
orsupport@thehost.ua
regarding the necessary tariff for server placement and, if necessary, additional services. -
Based on your application, we will agree on the conditions for placing the equipment, issue an invoice for payment (for any period you choose, but not less than one month), and draw up a Contract and Act of Acceptance of the Equipment.

On your part, you will need to familiarize yourself with the Contract and Act of Acceptance. Document processing is possible:
- In electronic form: through the electronic document management system.
- In paper form: documents can be signed directly during the visit to the DC at the time of equipment placement.

You need to pay the issued invoice or replenish the account in the personal cabinet in any convenient way.

In advance, not earlier than one day, notify the date and time of the planned equipment placement.

On the day of equipment installation, you must have the originals or certified copies of documents on the basis of which the Equipment Placement Contract was formed.
List of documents required for the Contract
For an individual:
- Copy of passport and identification code.
- Copy of documents (photocopy of passport, identification code) of persons who will have access to the equipment.
For a natural person – an entrepreneur (FOP):
- A copy of the certificate of registration of the FOP (business entity).
- Copy of documents (photocopy of passport, identification code) of persons who will have access to the equipment.
For legal entities (LLC) you need to provide:
- Extract from the Unified State Register.
- Copy of the certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations.
- Copies of documents of persons who will have access to the equipment.
We inform you: access levels that can be provided for tasks with equipment.
- Full access.
- Partial access (Remote).
- Within the DC.
You need to specify the list of persons to whom access is granted and the level of access for each. Additionally, you should provide their passport data and identification numbers.
