If you want to return equipment from TheHost DC using a courier service, then to complete this procedure you need to complete the following steps:

1. Notify us about the future removal of equipment by sending the operator a corresponding application from personal account or by email to info@thehost.ua.

2. Before the equipment is removed, pay off your debt, if any.

3. Based on the specified application, we generate and send you an Equipment Return Certificate in electronic form.

4. Additionally tell us the cost of your equipment, which we will indicate as insurance when sent by courier service.

5. Carefully read the Equipment Return Certificate, print out two copies, sign and send to us by courier service. In this case, courier services are paid by the Subscriber.

6. The return of equipment to the client is carried out only after we receive signed Equipment Return Certificates, as well as confirmation of no debt for the services provided. Return shipping services for equipment and documents are paid by the Subscriber.

7. Receive the equipment and the second copy of the Return Certificate signed by us from the courier service representative.
