7.4 Returning equipment using a courier service

If you wish to return equipment from TheHost Data Center using a courier service, you need to carefully follow certain steps to complete this procedure.

  1. Notify us about the upcoming equipment return by submitting a request through your personal account or via email to info@thehost.ua or support@thehost.ua.

  2. Before the return, you must clear any outstanding balance, if any exists, using available payment methods.

  3. Based on your request, we will prepare and send you the Equipment Return Act. Document processing is possible:

    • Electronically: through the electronic document management system.
    • In paper form: print documents in duplicate, sign them and send them by courier service (courier services are paid by the Subscriber).
  4. Additionally, you need to provide the value of your equipment for insurance purposes during courier delivery and specify the delivery address with recipient’s contact information.

  5. After shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Please note: we primarily work with Nova Poshta delivery service. Delivery costs are paid by the Subscriber according to the carrier’s rates.

Important: before returning the equipment, please pay attention to the mandatory conditions of the return procedure.

  • Equipment return is processed only after we receive the signed Equipment Return Acts.
  • A mandatory condition is the absence of any outstanding balance for provided services.
  • Return shipping services for equipment and documents are paid by the Subscriber.
  • After receiving the equipment, you will be provided with our signed copy of the Return Act.
