Immediately after paying for the service, you can contact our support service, specifying all the necessary parameters for access to your site on the old hosting.

After that, our specialists will check the correctness and completeness of the access parameters specified by you, transfer data from the old hosting and then configure and test the operation of your site on our hosting.

As a result, you do not need to be an expert in the transfer and configuration of the site. All necessary work will be performed by qualified specialists of our Company.

The minimum term for ordering services that allows you to participate in the promotion:

Free transfer of sites is provided once after the initial order and payment for the service. The maximum number of sites that can be transferred for free is 10.

It is important to understand that migrating websites involves changing environment variable settings, PHP interpreter environment settings, and other different characteristics of the old and new hosting. In view of the above, your sites may work a little differently after the migration. Due to the fact that our specialists may not know all the nuances of your resources, we give our Subscribers 48 hours to check the correct operation of their websites after the transfer. During this period, we will perform the necessary additional settings for your hosting for the operation of your sites as quickly and free of charge as possible. At the same time, in order to avoid speculation, all possible complaints about the incorrect operation of sites after the migration, voiced by the Subscriber after 48 hours from the moment of migration of websites, will be treated as those that are considered without reference to the terms of this Promotion.

A feature of this Promotion is that we do not make changes or modifications to the code base of websites during their transfer. This includes information stored in databases. In view of this, we do not change the domain name of the site, page addresses and other modifications that lead to a change in the appearance and text description during the transfer as part of this Promotion. At the same time, these works can be performed on a paid basis as part of our Advanced Administration.

When transferring sites, our specialists will take all possible and reasonable steps to transfer additional resources from the old hosting: SSL certificates, e-mail, or special settings necessary for the operation of your sites. Despite this, due to the specifics of the implementation of control panels of other hosting providers, we cannot guarantee the correct or successful transfer of these additional resources.
